About Baan Vastgoed

Gerard Baan, founder of Baan Vastgoed, has a passion for personal contact, entrepreneurship and real estate:

“In my teenage years I gained my first experience with entrepreneurship: I refurbished bicycles and sold them through the local newspaper. When I bought my first investment property in 2014, my passion for real estate flourished. I have been an entrepreneur for 18 years now and I feel most at home in a role in which I coordinate the interests of different parties to create win-win situations. ”

It's not just about the ‘bricks’.

“For me, buying real estate is not just about the bricks, but also about the human aspects. It is my mission to arrange a worry-free sale for everyone involved. With my knowledge of the real estate market and my interest in people, this has been successful several times. ”

In 2006 Gerard obtained his brokerage degrees and in 2008 he completed a university degree in Business Administration. He has also completed educational courses, learning to be a professional coach and mediator.
